Student Spring Parking Options
TPS will offer student parking permits on a semesterly, 30-day, weekly, or daily basis for the Spring 2025 Semester! Spring Semester permits will be available for purchase December 2 and will be valid 1/1/25 - 5/11/25.
Save Time and Go Online!
You can use the ODU Parking Portal for most transactions. Purchase your parking permit, update vehicle information, appeal a citation and more!
ODU utilizes License Plate Recognition, a virtual permit system that allows the campus community to use their car's license plate as a parking permit.
